His interest in business drove him to start his own venture, which led to the formation of Life Care Plus. Personal experience ignited his passion for care and influenced his decision to start a home care service. Rajen is currently working towards Level 5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care. As a Registered Care Manager and Managing Director of Life Care Plus, Rajen is committed to delivering a safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive home care service to support all service users.
