Life Care Plus provides high-quality, personalized home care, live-in care, and support services to adults of all ages. Central to our approach are the rights of the service user, to whom we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and helping them retain independence in their own homes for longer.
Working predominantly throughout Uxbridge, Hillingdon, Ruislip, Northwood, and Hayes, we provide care to people who have been assessed as needing assistance to meet their social and personal care needs. For some, this means regular planned home care visits, whereas for others, this can mean 24-hour private or commissioned-based care, including weekends and bank holidays.
Meeting Individual Needs Through Customized Care Coordination
The home care and live-in care services that we provide throughout West London are specifically designed to meet the needs of each individual. We work closely with adult social services, GPs, and Clinical Commissioning Groups to ensure that the care provided is exactly what is required. We also dedicate time to discussing the level and type of care with the family and, most importantly, the individual themselves. As part of this process, we will ‘match’ the service user’s carer preferences to our database of DBS-checked carers to ensure that you and your loved one feel comfortable with the person visiting their home.

Our priority is to provide caring, compassionate, and personalized in-home care, facilitated by highly trained, experienced, and DBS-checked carers. Not only do we recruit carers with significant experience, but we also provide advanced, ongoing training, conduct in-person interviews and background checks, and follow up on personal and professional references.

We provide all of our clients with the opportunity to continue to live life to the fullest. We actively encourage service users to become more self-reliant, make decisions for themselves, and ultimately move on to more independent living arrangements.
We facilitate and support our service users to pursue meaningful and personalized lifestyles, and wherever possible, provide individually planned social and leisure opportunities to lessen the risk of isolation.

Rajen Thakkar
Registered Care Manager / Managing Director
Having qualified with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, Rajen worked as a Business Analyst across various industries. His interest in business drove him to start his own venture, which led to the formation of Life Care Plus. Personal experience ignited his passion for care and influenced his decision to start a home care service. Rajen is currently working towards Level 5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care. As a Registered Care Manager and Managing Director of Life Care Plus, Rajen is committed to delivering a safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive home care service to support all service users.
